Environmental Conditions

Using professional PAR meters, we measure light intensity at plant level - not where your fixtures are hanging. We map temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels throughout different sections of your facility, then use anemometers to identify stagnant air pockets where problems typically develop.

Plant-Level Testing

This is where most facilities discover their biggest surprises. We test substrate EC and moisture directly from your plants' root zones, not runoff water. Then we compare what your plants are actually receiving versus what you think you're feeding them. The gap between these numbers often explains yield inconsistencies.

Irrigation & Storage

We analyze your irrigation strategy—timing, frequency, and volume—to identify potential over/underwatering issues. We also inspect how you're storing Athena products and identify any competitor products currently in use, since storage conditions directly affect nutrient stability and we need to understand your complete system.

How long does the audit take?

The on-site assessment takes 3-4 hours. This includes meeting with your team, equipment testing, environmental measurements, substrate analysis, and reviewing findings with key personnel.

What equipment do your advisors bring?

Our advisors arrive with professional-grade equipment including PAR meters for light measurement, anemometers for airflow testing, Solus meters for substrate analysis, and calibrated pH/EC meters for cross-validation of your existing equipment.

Do I need to use Athena products to qualify?

No. This audit is designed to help optimize your facility regardless of which nutrients you currently use. If we identify areas where Clean Line or Cleanse products could benefit your operation, we'll provide trial samples, but there's no obligation to purchase.

Who needs to be present during the audit?

Your head grower (who handles daily operations), whoever mixes your nutrients, and the decision maker for facility purchases must attend. If your DOC, cultivation manager, or fertigation manager is a different person, they should also be present.

What happens after the audit?

You'll receive a detailed written report with specific findings and prioritized recommendations. We'll provide any applicable trial products and professional labeling materials. A follow-up check-in is scheduled for 10-14 days to assess results and answer questions.

Are there any costs or commitments?

The audit is completely free with no contracts or commitments required. Travel fees may apply if your facility is more than 100 miles from a major city.
