Where Commercial Facilities Lose Money
Even with the right SOPs, many operations still fight the same problems: uneven EC between zones, uncalibrated injectors, inconsistent dry-backs, or rooms running off different baselines.
Mixing Errors That Bleed Yield
Complex, multi-part nutrient recipes create human error across shifts. A single miscalculation in week 3 shows up as 10–20% yield loss by week 12, after you’ve already paid for labor, lights, and HVAC.
We'll walk through your mixing procedures to spot where batch-to-batch consistency might be breaking down from your intended feed schedule.
Veg Bottlenecks That Steal a Harvest
When veg extends from 3 weeks to 4 weeks due to inconsistent nutrition, you're not just paying for an extra week of lights and HVAC.
On a 50,000 sq ft operation running 6 cycles per year, you're losing a full cycle opportunity (potentially 400-600 lbs of annual production).
Irrigation Failures That Choke Performance
Emitter clogs and nutrient precipitation cause uneven feed distribution and canopy development. Every line flush, pump replacement, or emergency cleanout equals hours of labor and up to 15% less yield.
Get irrigation system efficiency analysis focused on timing, frequency, and volume optimization to prevent the costly cleanouts and uneven feed distribution that choke performance. We can also provide Clean Line or Cleanse trial samples.
Inconsistency That Destroys Contract Value
When one harvest tests 28% THC and the next 24%, buyers lose confidence. You can’t hold premium pricing or secure long-term contracts without predictable chemistry and consistent feed delivery.
We provide room to room variance identification and equipment calibration verification to ensure the predictable chemistry and consistent feed delivery necessary for top-tier results.
Expansion Gaps That Break the System
Scaling from one site to another exposes chemistry and process drift. Different water sources, new staff, inconsistent SOPs—suddenly the flagship quality disappears, and you’re chasing problems instead of profits.
We deliver a detailed written report with prioritized recommendations based on substrate analysis to maintain SOP consistency
Missed Pests That Devour Yield
Rushed inspections and inconsistent scouting patterns miss early pest pressure. A small thrips population overlooked in week 3 explodes into 30–50% crop loss by week 10, after you've invested in the full growing cycle.
We perform complete facility pest audits to identify what pests are actually present in your grow versus what your current scouting program is catching.
What You’re Really Getting: $3,000+ Value, Zero Cost
The assessment is completely free with zero contracts or commitments required. It is designed to optimize your facility regardless of which nutrients you currently use. Applicable trial products will be provided only if recommended based on your findings.
Substrate EC and moisture testing from actual root zones across multiple rooms
Irrigation system efficiency analysis: timing, frequency, volume optimization
Room-to-room variance identification that explains your yield inconsistencies
Equipment calibration verification: pH/EC meters tested against professional-grade standards
Vegetative cycle efficiency analysis with compression opportunities
Minimum Qualification Criteria
This assessment is designed for serious commercial operations ready to implement facility improvements. We're selective about who receives these assessments to ensure maximum value for both parties.
Commercial cultivation license - Must be an active, licensed commercial cannabis operation
Cannot be a current Athena® customer (or have received a free trial previously)
Key personnel present - Head grower, nutrient mixer, and decision maker must attend the full audit

Here's How the Assessment Works
Most facility assessments give you a report and disappear. Ours gives you a report plus hands-on implementation support. The same advisor who runs your assessment works side-by-side with your team to make sure the fixes actually happen.
Step One
Schedule a call with our team to see if your facility qualifies for the on-site assessment and free trial run of our nutrients.
Step Two
Qualifying facilities will coordinate an appointment for one of our expert Facility Advisors to visit their operation in-person for a comprehensive assessment.
Step Three
After your assessment, you'll have the option to implement a free trial run of our nutrients, where you'll work side-by-side with our team.

FAQs
Common questions about our process and what to expect during your assessment.
The on-site assessment takes 1–2 hours. This includes meeting with your team, equipment testing, environmental measurements, substrate analysis, and reviewing findings with key personnel.
Our advisors arrive with professional-grade equipment including PAR meters for light measurement, anemometers for airflow testing, Solus meters for substrate analysis, and calibrated pH/EC meters for cross-validation of your existing equipment.
No. This audit is designed to help optimize your facility regardless of which nutrients you currently use. If we identify areas where Clean Line or Cleanse products could benefit your operation, we'll provide trial samples, but there's no obligation to purchase.
Your head grower (who handles daily operations), whoever mixes your nutrients, and the decision maker for facility purchases must attend. If your DOC, cultivation manager, or fertigation manager is a different person, they should also be present.
You'll receive a detailed written report with specific findings and prioritized recommendations. We'll provide any applicable trial products and professional labeling materials. A follow-up check-in is scheduled for 10-14 days to assess results and answer questions.
The audit is completely free with no contracts or commitments required.
